As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be is responsible for building rapport with vendors, our project managers and operations leaders in order to facilitate the timely vendor bill approval and payments. This position is also responsible for vendor bill entry, vendor statement reconciliation, vendor credit process, and credit card reconciliations. Success in the role will come from initiating timely vendor bill processing, maintaining “good standings” with our vendors and cultivating strong internal and external relationships. Candidates must be willing to commute to the Canton Office and in this role you will report to our Global Accounts Payable Manager.

You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Creative Director to conceptualize campaigns, design comprehensive marketing materials, and occasionally direct photo/video content.
