Yes. We offer bespoke logo integration using water-jet laser technology, allowing seamless rubber-in-rubber or turf-in-turf designs.
Custom design fees start from $2,000, depending on the scope and complexity of the design.
Yes. We supply black cove base trim and 4-inch transitions to ensure a clean, professional finish across your space.
Yes. Flooring comes in standard roll sizes but can be cut on-site by installers to achieve a precise fit.
Installation should be completed over unfinished concrete. Adhesives are not compatible with epoxy or sealed floor finishes.
We recommend Clutch Glue for a permanent, seamless installation.
Yes. Clutch adhesive is over 99% humidity resistant and acts as a built-in moisture barrier.
Clutch is supplied in 4-gallon pails with a coverage rate of approximately 400 sq. ft. per pail.
A 3/32" x 3/32" x 3/32" V-notch trowel is recommended for proper adhesive application.
Yes. Double-sided power tape can be used for seams and perimeters, though it may not deliver a fully seamless finish long-term.
Yes. PLAE provides professional installation for projects over 1,200 sq. ft. For smaller projects, we provide detailed installation guidance.
Regular vacuuming and damp mopping with approved cleaners such as Profi or Ecleaner is recommended.
Avoid harsh chemicals and oil-based cleaners, as they can damage the surface over time.
Occasional parking on Forge flooring is acceptable, but regular vehicle use is not recommended due to potential damage from fluids or long-term wear.
In-stock items: 2–4 business days
Rubber products: 4–6 weeks
Turf products: 3–5 weeks
Standard freight includes lift-gate, appointment scheduling, and residential delivery.
No. Delivery is curbside only. The receiver is responsible for moving materials into the space.
Indoor delivery is not included unless specifically noted in your quote.
No. Orders are based on requested square footage. We recommend reviewing installation guidelines to calculate any additional material needed.
All sales are final. Inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
