Forge provides a low-cost alternative to Achieve, boasting a durable design that absorbs shock, reduces barbell bounce, and returns natural energy for a safe, dynamic workout. Unlike our other rubber systems, Forge comes in only one color and thickness, allowing us to minimize cost without compromising product integrity.

Performance Characteristics
- Absorbs shock on impact to reduce barbell bounce and ease joint stress, while still giving back enough energy for explosive work.
- Smooth, seamless, solid-grip surface with high slip resistance: 0.86 dry / 0.88 wet coefficient of friction (ASTM D2047).
- Resists indentation: 0.008 in. at a 1,000 psi static load (ASTM F970).
- Single-layer, non-fused construction for long-term durability, colour stability and stain resistance.
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (tiles).
- Available in Black.
Installation & Maintenance
- Installation: Rolls are fully glued down with adhesive. Tiles connect with Interlock Block connectors, and are fully adhered for exterior installs.
- Subfloor Compatibility: Concrete, approved cement-based patching and levelling compounds, and wood with a plywood underlayment.
- Maintenance: Low-maintenance. Clean daily with a vacuum or microfiber mop and a diluted neutral cleaner, applied as a mist so the floor never floods.
- Warranty: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects plus a 1-year labor warranty on PLAE-installed products.
