Our project managers and installers (if applicable) must have this information to ensure a smooth delivery process. If you do not have this information available, please advise our team in the notes section.
• Liftgate service is included, meaning the materials will be lowered from the truck to the end of your driveway.
• The freight company will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery or to let you know the materials are on the way.
• Please ensure someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
• We suggest renting a pallet jack or dolly to move these rolls to the installation area.
• All rubber rolls will come on a standard 48″x40″ pallet. Each roll is 4 feet long and roughly 20 inches in diameter weighing between 325lbs to 450lbs.
