Anchor the chain. The ARMR Lat Pulldown delivers serious upper back development through omnidirectional, interchangeable handles that offer various grips and move with the athlete’s natural range. The linkage matches the body’s strength curve, maintaining tension from full stretch to peak contraction. An adjustable thigh restraint locks you in to help build powerful lats and pull with authority.
